Rates & Scheduling

Our current price for our 4-hour Big Island Lava Walk is $99 per person. All that is required in order to secure your spot is to confirm your reservation by our schedule now reservation system and pay a $25 registration fee.
We will follow up with a confirmation call to confirm you’re on the list. Pay the $74 fee to the guide (COD) when you arrive at the meeting point. MEETING POINT: stop when the pavement ends on Highway 130. A Guide with a sign will be there waiting to confirm the group reservation list. Any tips you deem appropriate at the conclusion of your tour are also very much appreciated. Also, remember that kids under 10 go for Free!

The meeting time for our Sunrise Lava Walk is 5:00 a.m. and the meeting time for our Sunset Lava Walk is 5:00 p.m. and we go out 7 days a week! The walk itself is primarily over a brand-new county designed and built flat gravel road that goes all the way through the lava fields of Kalapana! With Lava Walk and our private property pass, your walk only takes about 45 minutes (each way) with your journey being filled with stories, folklore and more from your Hawaiian Lava Guide!
